A good friend and I had a great experience at Chucks Woodlawn Rd Guelph. Our server Kyle was wonderful. Very accommodating, knowledgeable and personable. The ribs/wing combo was fantastic. Thank you Kyle for being so hospitable. Very deserving of a good tip!
After having bad experiences at a Kitchener Chuck's location more than once, we decided to try one in Guelph. We were celebrating my daughter's birthday and we're hoping for a great experience. I am happy to say that we were very happy with our food and service. Kyle our server was awesome. Thanks for restoring our love of Chuck's.

He checked on us frequently-not in an intrusive way, but in that perfect, professional way that makes you feel genuinely cared for. Every interaction with him was friendly, warm, and beyond accommodating. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, making sure our drinks were always full and that we had everything we needed. His attention to detail and positive attitude turned what would have been a normal dining experience into something genuinely memorable. Owen isn't just a waiter-he's a hospitality legend. Had a great experience at Chuck’s Roadhouse! The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was fantastic, and the service was excellent. Our server, Kyle, was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We started with the Mozzarella Sticks, which were hot and crispy—perfect for sharing. For our mains, Kyle recommended the Filet Mignon & Lobster Tail with Loaded Baked Potato and the Grilled Chicken Club with Fries. Both meals were delicious, came out quickly, and were cooked just right. Kyle made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable, checking in at the right times and making sure we were happy with everything. Definitely a great spot for a casual night out, and we’ll be back again soon!
We love this chucks the best, Arthur nope, Fergus nope and we live in Fergus and drive to Guelph. Food is excellent always cooked how you asked for it. On the weekend Kyle was our waiter he provided outstanding service. Hopefully we see him again. Owners are great as well, making sure everything is as ordered. A nice touch having them visit our table. Thanks
I would like to say, this has been the Best fish n chips by far delivered on a app, since I moved to guelph , I order 2 pcs fish and man O man, was it a meaty fish. The coating is not heavy, just right . Will definitely order again . Keep up the awesome work ... ps I would have liked more lemon, just saying Lori CW
Had such a great time at Chuck’s Roadhouse! The food was honestly so good — everything came out hot, fresh, and super tasty. You can’t go wrong with the burgers and the ribs are next level Big shoutout to our waiter Kyle — he was awesome! Super friendly, super attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back again soon!
